Disclaimer Notice: Freegrounds Junior School respects the privacy and work/life balance of its staff. We do not expect our staff to check or respond to e-mails when they are not at work, at weekends or during holidays.
Office staff e-mails will only be read on working days. For emails sent to us requiring a response, we aim to get back to you within 3 working days. For complex requests, we aim to respond within 10 working days.
Emails received after 3.30pm will not be processed until the following working day.
Telephone calls will be responded to as soon as possible but teachers will prioritise teaching activities. A same day response may well not be possible and should not be expected.
In all communication, concerns around child safety and child protection will be prioritised.
